The price is charged per apartment per night and applies to up to 2 adults. Children up to 6 years of age stay for free. For children from 6-15 years of age there is an additional charge of € 5,- , for people over 15 years of age an additional charge of € 8,- per night.

For longer bookings, from the 8th day onwards, you will receive a discount of 10% on the daily price.

Reservations are possible from 4 overnight stays onwards. Shorter stays only available on request. We will then estimate a surcharge of € 30,-

The cost for final cleaning is € 35,- for apartment A and € 45,- for apartment B.

From 01.04. to 31.10. you have to add € 2,- visitor’s tax to the price per person and overnight stay. Children up to and including 14 years of age are free of charge.

During the holidays (Baden-Württemberg) and on official holidays as well as Shrovetide, high season prices apply.

The prices include electricity, water, heating, bed linen, towels, 3D LED TV, internet access via WLAN/flat rate. Calls to landlines within Germany are free of charge, for calls to mobile phones and international calls € 0,30/Min. will be charged.

Crib as well as highchair available on request.

A public parking deck is only a 5 minutes’ walk away, a low-priced open air parking lot about 10 minutes.

Arrival from 16:00 o’clock, departure till 10:00 o’clock.

After booking and receipt of the verification you will have to make a prepayment of 30% of the total amount.
