Prices

The price is charged per apartment per night and applies to up to 2 adults. Children up to 6 years of age stay for free. For children from 6-14 years of age there is an additional charge of € 5,- , for people over 14 years of age an additional charge of € 8,- per night.

Available time periods can be found in our booking schedule. For longer bookings, from the 8th day onwards, you will receive a discount of 8% on the daily price.

Reservations are possible from 4 overnight stays onwards, during holiday season or over public holidays from 5 overnight stays onwards. Shorter stays available on request. We will then add a time-dependent surcharge.

The cost for final cleaning is € 55,- for apartment A and € 65,- for apartment B.

The visitor’s tax must be added to the stated prices.
The amount per person and overnight stay is
€ 4,- (from 01.04. to 31.10.) resp. € 2,- (from 01.11. to 31.03.).
Children from 6 up to and including 14 years of age only pay half the rate.

During the holidays (Baden-Württemberg) and on official holidays as well as Shrovetide, high season prices apply.

The prices include electricity, water, heating, bed linen, towels, 3D LED TV, internet access via WLAN/flat rate. Calls to landlines within Germany are free of charge, for calls to mobile phones and international calls € 0,30/Min. will be charged.

Crib as well as highchair available on request.

A public parking deck is only a 5 minutes’ walk away, a low-priced open air parking lot about 10 minutes.

Arrival from 16:00 o’clock, departure till 10:00 o’clock.

After booking and receipt of the verification you will have to make a prepayment of 30% of the total amount.
