Holiday apartment B bestrides the 2nd floor as well as the attic floor of the house. With about 90 m² it offers room for up to 6 persons.

The living room has got 3 windows and grants a wonderful view over the romantic Winzerplatz. It is equipped with a table with 6 chairs, a comfortable couch and 2 armchairs. The antique furniture and the old parquet floor create warm, nostalgic air in the whole room.

Right next to it, there is the open kitchen with 4-plate ceramic stovetop, smoke deduction, stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and naturally a fully loaded set of cutlery. Spend restorative nights in the secluded bedroom with its nostalgic double bed, located at the back of the house.

The cosy bathroom with douche and the separate restroom amend the nostalgic ambience. An additional restroom is located in the attic floor.

Another roomy housing space with its own bed-chamber can be found in the attic floor. The “TV area” with 2 sofas, of which one can be used as a sofa bed, offering 2 supplemental beds, is also situated here. On the midget, cute balcony with southern exposure you can catch the last rays of sunshine.

Of course, the holiday apartment comes with cable television, radio, telephone as well as a high speed internet access via DSL.

In the ground floor of the house you can find the central gas heating which provides comfortable warmth in all rooms.

There are parking places in the parking deck that can be reached within 4 minutes. As a matter of course, loading and unloading is possible in front of the house.
